Medical Care & Assistance

Comprehensive care, because access to treatment cannot wait

The Foundation believes that access to healthcare is a fundamental right, and that the inability to afford treatment should never stand in the way of a person’s right to medical care and a dignified life. With this belief at the heart of its work, the Foundation has developed an integrated healthcare and medical support program designed to reach patients and families most in need and support them throughout every stage of their treatment journey.

The program provides a comprehensive range of services, beginning with medical consultations, diagnosis, imaging, laboratory tests, and medical examinations. It also includes the provision of monthly medications and treatments, support for physiotherapy and speech therapy sessions, specialized and complex surgeries, as well as medical, assistive, and rehabilitation devices and services.

The Foundation also works to extend healthcare services to underserved communities through monthly medical convoys, offering free medical examinations, diagnosis, and treatment. These convoys help reduce the financial burden on families while ensuring that essential healthcare reaches those who need it most.

Our Impact in Numbers

Monthly medications are provided regularly throughout the year to more than 500 patients.
● More than 300 beneficiaries receive imaging, laboratory tests, and medical examinations every month.
● Physiotherapy and speech therapy services are supported for more than 300 cases annually.
● The Foundation contributes to more than 500 surgeries every year, including complex, specialized, and high-cost procedures such as surgeries for spinal deformities and scoliosis, congenital heart defects, cancer-related conditions, ophthalmic procedures, and other interventions requiring specialized medical care.
● More than 500 medical and assistive devices are provided annually according to the individual medical needs of each case.
● Monthly medical convoys are organized in villages and underserved areas, providing free medical examinations, diagnosis, and treatment.
● The program delivers more than 5,000 medical services and interventions annually, ranging from diagnosis and treatment to complex surgeries, rehabilitation services, and medical and assistive devices.

Supporting and Developing Healthcare Facilities

The Foundation’s role goes beyond supporting individual patients or covering the cost of medical services. It also extends to strengthening healthcare infrastructure and improving the efficiency and capacity of medical facilities, based on the belief that developing a single healthcare facility can positively impact thousands of patients for years to come.

As part of this approach, the Foundation has supported and contributed to a number of healthcare development projects, including:

Renovating and fully equipping an operating room at the Students’ Hospital after it had been closed and unable to receive patients. The facility was rehabilitated and equipped to resume operations, receive patients, and perform surgical procedures.

Contributing to the renovation and development of the Cardiac Catheterization Unit at Sharq El Madina Hospital, while supporting its operational needs to enhance efficiency and improve the quality of services provided to cardiac patients and cases requiring highly specialized interventions.

Supporting the Ear, Nose and Throat Unit at Sharq El Madina Hospital by contributing medical equipment and supplies required to improve the quality of care.

Contributing to the renovation and efficiency upgrade of the Emergency Unit at Abu Qir General Hospital, strengthening its ability to receive emergency cases and provide timely and effective care.

Supporting the Kom El-Dikka Blood Bank branch through donations of essential medical tools, supplies, and materials, helping maintain the continuity of its services and meet patients’ needs.

From Treating Patients to Strengthening the Healthcare System

These efforts reflect the Foundation’s vision of healthcare as an integrated system that goes far beyond providing medication or covering the cost of surgery. Whether it is a patient receiving essential treatment every month, a person undergoing a complex surgery that could transform their quality of life, or a healthcare facility being developed to serve thousands of patients, the Foundation seeks to create meaningful and sustainable health impact.

Our goal is to ensure that care reaches those who need it, when they need it, and that the impact of our support extends beyond treating individuals to strengthening the healthcare system’s ability to serve the wider community.
