The foundation believes that providing a safe and livable environment is one of the most important elements of a decent life, and from this point of view, the Foundation adopts an integrated program to renovate and raise the efficiency of the homes of the most needy families, which contributes to improving their living conditions and providing a safer and more stable life.
Each case begins with a thorough field inspection to assess the condition of the house and determine its actual needs, followed by the implementation of restoration work and raising efficiency according to the nature of each case and its needs.
The restoration works include securing roofs and addressing structural problems, repairing electricity, water and sewage networks, developing toilets, renovating floors, walls, doors and windows, to ensure the provision of a safe, healthy and appropriate housing that preserves the dignity of the family.

Zainab Nowar mosque reconstruction project
The foundation's efforts in the field of restoration and raising efficiency were not limited to family homes only, but also extended to the development and rehabilitation of facilities that provide direct services to the community, believing that improving the quality of life starts from the individual and extends to the surrounding community.
One of the most prominent projects adopted by the foundation in this framework is the reconstruction of the Zeinab Noor Mosque in the dahiriya area of Alexandria.
The mosque was suffering from severe deterioration in its structural condition until it became prone to fall, and a decision was issued to demolish it. Due to the importance of the mosque to the people of the region, the foundation fully adopted the project, starting from demolition and reconstruction works, to the completion of finishing works and final fittings.
The mosque was rebuilt into an integrated four-storey edifice, which includes a men's Chapel, a women's Chapel, a house for memorizing the Holy Quran, as well as toilets and all the necessary facilities and services to serve the mosque's patrons and the people of the region.
The foundation bore the full cost of rebuilding and equipping the mosque, as the total cost of restoration exceeded five million Egyptian pounds.
The foundation's efforts culminated in the opening of the mosque in February ٢٠٢٦ in the presence of the governor of Alexandria, engineer Ayman Attiya, and the undersecretary of the Ministry of Awqaf in Alexandria, Sheikh Mohammed Abu Elish, in an affirmation of the importance of the project and its community and service role for the people of the region.
The restoration and efficiency improvement program embodies the foundation's vision in community work; its role is not limited to providing immediate assistance, but extends to making a real and sustainable change in the lives of families and communities through projects that preserve human dignity, improve the quality of life, and their impact will remain for years and generations.
